ABOUT ME
I am an Organizational Psychologist and Behavioral Scientist located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For the last 10 years I have been traveling the planet to provide guidance and advisement on human performance, change management, process improvement, culture, and organizational behavior management. As a practitioner, I leverage my experience as a researcher, instructor, leadership coach, management consultant, and project manager, to provide a unique perspective on approaching and solving organizational problems.
I draw my motivation and perspective from a natural curiosity about the relationship between humans and their environment. I employ a pragmatic approach to organizational problems by first understanding the issue(s) and root causes through diagnostic tools and data sources, and then identifying and implementing the most effective interventions, while collecting data along the way to ensure proper trajectory. Using a structured change methodology, I ensure stakeholder engagement and work with leaders to identify critical behaviors and metrics, at all levels, which ensure adoption and sustainability. I have a breadth of experience: From consulting with small business owners to designing and implementing enterprise-wide change initiatives. In addition to perfecting traditional approaches to performance and change management, I enjoy trying new ways and methods to accomplish organizational goals, including leveraging technology and identifying untapped data sources.

Outside of work I enjoy bird watching, cycling, playing and watching hockey, traveling, and wondering about the mysteries of the Cosmos. I consider myself a lifelong student: every experience is a learning opportunity and there should always be more questions than answers.
